Glenn grew up in NW Kansas and is a graduate of Colby High School. After completing dual degrees with an Associates of Science from Colby Community College and an Associate of Applied Science from NW KS Technical College, he pursued further education in St. Louis, Missouri. Later, after working in Manhattan, KS and Wichita, KS, Glenn returnd to Colby and entered law enforcement as a Corrections Officer for the Thomas County Sheriff's Office in March 2016. In November, 2017, Glenn completed the Kansas Law Enforcement Training Course at Hutchinson and was certified as a full-time law enforcement officer working for the Colby Police Department. Glenn was also certified in OC and Taser training. Glenn brings these skills and field experience to the 2PF classes with the unique perspective as a law enforcement officer. In order to focus more time with his 4-year daughter and continue his firearms interest, Glenn is pursuing a career with Carlson's Choke Tubes.

Barry began teaching Kansas Concealed Carry Handgun at Colby Community College when Kansas initiated the program in 2006. We issued our first KCCH License in 2007. A former instructor and College Dean at Colby Community College, Barry brings to 2PF his instructional experience and training as a former Marine Corps Officer. With a love for America and its opportunities, he became concerned about the unchecked lawlessness sweeping the country and, with his son, Glenn, initiated 2ProtectFamily to teach and train individuals and families how to improve their observational skills and personal defense. Barry received his US Concealed Carry Certification in April 2021.
