Hi, I'm Barry Kaaz and welcome to 2ProtectFamily.  My son, Glenn, and I developed this training with the mission is to minimize the threat of you and your family being in harms way.  Our goal is to make family lives safer by educating and training family members on how to best protect themselves and loved ones from societies where violence has become an accepted way of life.  The Marine Corps used to have a saying, "Nobody likes to fight but somebody has to know how."  Well, the best way to win a fight is to avoid it in the first place.  Therefore, at 2PF, we teach advanced Situational Awareness in order to avoid conflict.  This involves developing your observational skills and noting anomalies as you go about your daily routines.  These SA skills can be taught and developed to children as young as 3-4 years of age, which will make them more aware as teenagers and young adults. The 2PF logo is a shield with a yellow background respresenting the heightened state of color code awareness which is always a relaxed state of awareness in public.  The bears represent our family consisting of loved ones and friends.  The bear paw respresents our defense when necessary to protect our family.  Check out our list of classes and schedule.  Thank you and remember to "Stay Alert and Avoid the Threat!"
